We offer weekly peer-facilitated groups (typically 6-10 students) that are confidential and cost-free for all Michigan State University students.
The Weekly Groups are led by students, who have been trained with holistic health and well-being resources to create a refreshingly accessible space and facilitate inclusive and engaging dialogue.
Weekly groups are usually held in Wells Hall.  This semester they will be held over Zoom in 1-hour time slots from Monday-Wednesday!
